About the team We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Intern to work alongside our Head of B2B2C & Chief Marketing Officer to support the growth of our B2B2C business, where enterprise partners launch consumer-facing mobile products powered by 1GLOBAL's platform. It's one of the company's highest-priority growth areas, and you'll sit close to the people driving it. You'll get real exposure across commercial, product, finance, and legal, and take on hands-on work that helps partner launches and commercial initiatives move from plan to delivery. The right person for this internship is curious, proactive, and reliable. You enjoy digging into a problem, you're comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and you follow through on what you pick up. About the Role Support partner launch activities by coordinating with product, commercial, and legal teams to help keep projects on track. Assist with identifying potential blockers, following up with stakeholders, and helping ensure smooth execution of partner launches. Support business analysis by researching new partner or market opportunities, gathering data, and preparing insights to support decision-making. Help monitor commercial and operational performance by assisting with reporting and analysing business metrics. Contribute to the documentation and improvement of internal processes, helping turn recurring tasks into scalable and repeatable workflows. Must have Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in a STEM, economics, business, or quantitative field Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data Great communication and organisational skills To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Nice to have Previous internship experience in a high-performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-scaling technology company. Exposure to commercial, go-to-market, or business operations activities through internships, university projects, or student organisations.
