Independently manage end-to-end project executions and lead a team of employees (up to 3 people on a project) who conduct structured analyses and primary research to gain new insights that inform your client recommendations. Serve as a point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for client relationship building and development. Foster a high-performance culture within the team by overseeing the day-to-day execution of client projects and guiding the individual development of junior colleagues. Lead workshops with various target audiences and present the most practical way to achieve lasting results based on your insights at team and client meetings. Work in complex, highly dynamic contexts as a project manager and also provide operational support by structuring analyses, leveraging engineering-based problem-solving methods. With the entire Strategy in Action team, you actively contribute your own ideas to the development of the company, participating in the advancement of our technologies, methods, and consulting approaches. +3 years of professional experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm, or equivalent experience applying analytical/engineering methods in a reputed organisation Master's degree in Engineering (any discipline) from a top university, with an outstanding academic record; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in your previous roles. Demonstrated ability to successfully influence partners and executives Strong quantitative and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical/engineering rigor into practical business recommendations Mindset & Characteristics: Entrepreneurial mindset, knowledge, and application of Lean Testing, MVPs, disciplined experimentation, etc. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment Customer-oriented, strong interpersonal skills to independently manage clients and teams Initiative-taker, willing to explore new paths and create opportunities for others Fluent in Italian and English Availability for international travel Contract Type: Full-time, permanent Location: Turin, Piedmont - Italy (with hybrid working flexibility) Compensation: Competitive base salary (RAL €47.000–€56.000), €250/year Welfare, €10 ticket restaurant per working day, performance-based annual bonus (up to 15%) Work Arrangement: hybrid working model with flexibility Work experience: 3+ Years Certification: 3HORIZONS is certified as a Great Place to Work® for 3 consecutive years How to Apply Please upload your CV.
