Description Summary: The Principal Architect-Senior provides the technical vision and direction for the integration of all information systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees the definition of architecture requirements for all information systems, covering both functional and non-functional (i.e., performance, reliability, security) aspects. Defines and documents the key architectural concepts, abstractions and the target system architecture, spanning application, information/data and technical infrastructure. Selects strategic tools and platforms for development, testing and deployment. Ensures the communication of principle technical drivers such as trends, best practice, setting and applying standards. Defines technical objectives, goals, constraints, key features and overall architecture approach. Mentors technical staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Compensation Range: $102,000 - $208,000 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
