Strong Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer (Java+Angular)

Our Customer is an international company operating in the AdTech industry. The company develops enterprise-grade solutions that help advertisers and media businesses efficiently manage, automate, and optimize digital advertising campaigns at scale. The platform supports complex operational workflows, media handling, and campaign performance management for global advertising operations. PROJECT The project is a large-scale advertising campaign management platform that supports the entire lifecycle of digital advertising operations, including campaign setup, line-item management, creatives processing, forecasting, SLA tracking, and integrations with external advertising ecosystems. The solution includes advanced media-processing functionality such as video transcoding and image validation. The engineering team works on performance-critical enterprise systems with complex business logic, scalability challenges, and multiple third-party integrations. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Full Stack solutions using Java, Spring, and Angular • Develop and support complex business logic related to advertising campaign management • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design • Build reliable, maintainable, and high-performance enterprise applications • Improve system scalability, reliability, and overall platform performance • Integrate with external advertising and media-related services • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices • Collaborate with developers, Architects, QA engineers, and Project Managers • Take ownership of technical challenges and proactively drive solutions • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering standards • 5+ years of commercial software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework • Strong practical experience with Angular • Experience building scalable enterprise-level applications • Experience with AWS cloud services • Good understanding of software engineering principles and system design • Experience working with REST APIs and integrations • Ability to work independently and proactively solve technical challenges • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience writing maintainable and testable code • Good communication and collaboration skills • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English WILL BE A PLUS • AI-native development experience • Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude or Codex • Experience with Jenkins • Experience with Terraform • Experience working with complex enterprise platforms • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or media-related domains PERSONAL PROFILE • Proactive and ownership-driven mindset • Strong problem-solving orientation • Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment • Focus on quality and continuous improvement • Willingness to participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas • Strong communication and collaboration skills
