What you will be doing:

• Execute comprehensive structural analysis and design for projects spanning commercial, multi-family, industrial, and municipal markets
• Engineer robust, safe structural systems utilizing wood (timber), structural steel, and post-tensioned concrete
• Produce highly accurate 3D structural models, engineering calculations, and technical documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and advanced analysis tools
• Guarantee that all structural plans strictly adhere to specific US Building Codes, specifically ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC, and NDS
• Work closely with architectural teams, MEP engineers, and project managers to maintain the original design intent while ensuring structural viability
• Evaluate and review existing structural plans to preemptively identify potential issues and propose highly effective engineering solutions

What you need to succeed:

• Must hold a formal University Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 4 to 5+ years of dedicated, relevant experience in structural design and engineering
• Advanced mastery and practical application of US Building Codes (ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC, NDS, etc.)
• Proven, hands-on design expertise working directly with wood (timber), structural steel, and post-tensioned concrete systems
• High proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD is strictly required for modeling and documentation
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to effectively collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional US teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accuracy in dynamic, fast-paced work environments
• Bonus: Practical experience using RISA software is a strong plus for this role
