Admissions Team Our Admissions team coordinate, assess and process all applications and the enrolment of students while ensuring the University’s admissions process is compliant with necessary regulatory legislation. The Role – Student Admissions Officer We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Admissions Officer to join our Admissions Team in Prague. As a Student Admissions Officer, you will support prospective students throughout the application process by reviewing applications, assessing documentation, and making accurate admissions decisions in line with entry requirements and policies. You will work closely with academic and recruitment teams, using CRM and admissions systems to manage applications and ensure timely, professional communication. Other responsibilities: Making admissions decisions on all standard applications for Arden University courses in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with Arden University admission policies Assessing application documentation and requesting further information, where required, to inform decision making Assessing applications and liaising with academics and recruitment on non-standard to ensure the appropriate decisions are made in accepting students onto Arden University courses Issue accurate offers for students to study with Arden University, having demonstrated eligibility to study Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of Arden University entry requirements, being able to explain these to others About You: We would love to hear from you if you are. organised, proactive, and passionate about providing an excellent experience for prospective students. Essential: Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment. Confident working independently, making informed decisions, and delivering a high level of customer service. Quick to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and ways of working. Able to manage multiple priorities effectively and remain calm and organised under pressure. Desirable Previous experience in Higher Education, admissions, student services, recruitment, or a similar administrative role. Experience working with international students or within an international education environment.
