Student Analyst, Regulatory Apply now For a Student Analyst, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented student employees to support our Regulatory Affairs team during a six-month data migration project. This role is ideal for students who enjoy working with data, have strong attention to detail, and are interested in gaining experience within an international pharmaceutical trade environment. No previous Regulatory Affairs or pharmaceutical experience is required. Training on the task will be provided. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced Regulatory Affairs professionals to ensure accurate and timely migration of our business-critical information into our internal system. Your main responsibilities include: Support the migration of regulatory data from applications, legacy systems and Health Authority websites into specific platforms; Review, organise, and validate data for completeness and accuracy; Perform data entry while maintaining high levels of quality and consistency; Compare source documents against migrated records and identify discrepancies; Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and project guidelines; Escalate data inconsistencies or issues to the project team when identified; Maintain accurate records of completed activities and project progress; Participate in project meetings and training sessions; Collaborate effectively with Regulatory Affairs colleagues and cross-functional teams; Ensure confidentiality when handling company and regulatory information; Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality or project efficiency. Other tasks: Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager / Senior Specialist; Participating in projects regarding the optimization of processes, systems, improvements; Participate in professional training and mandatory meetings related to the position; Participate in National & EU association meetings, as required. Your Profile Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme; Available to work for up to six-month duration ; Good command of written and spoken English; Comfortable learning/using new digital systems and software; Excellent attention to detail; Strong self-organisational skills; High level of accuracy and ability to follow detailed instructions; Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong time management and ability to work independently after training; Team player with excellent communication skills; Reliability and accountability; Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Technical Skills Microsoft Office: Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas), Word and Outlook; Basic experience working with databases or information systems; Comfortable working with large volumes of structured data; Fast and accurate keyboard/data entry skills. Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with data validation or quality checking; Previous administrative or office support experience; Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar collaboration tools; Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, or other data tools; Interest in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or regulatory environment. What We Offer Gross hourly wage: HUF 2,300 (for employees under the age of 25, this amount is paid net in accordance with the applicable tax exemption); Opportunity to complete the role as a university internship, subject to agreement; Flexible working hours tailored to your academic schedule; Company equipment provided; Modern, well-equipped common areas and annual team-building activities.
