Student Job (f/m/x) - Email Marketing (20-25h/week)

We are seeking a motivated Student Assistant in Email Marketing to support the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a student who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in email marketing, campaign management, and data-driven marketing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team and contribute to ongoing initiatives through operational and administrative support. At a glance: Starting date: as soon as possible Working hours: 20-25h/week Location: 1030 Vienna These tasks are waiting for you Support the preparation and execution of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Assist in coordinating campaign requirements, including audience selection and content preparation, in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Help with the creation and adaptation of HTML email templates, ensuring proper display across different email clients and devices. Support A/B testing setups and help track performance of subject lines, content, and CTAs. Assist in monitoring campaign metrics and preparing reports and summaries for the team. Support the segmentation of email lists based on predefined criteria and customer data. Help ensure compliance with relevant email marketing regulations and internal guidelines. Conduct research on email marketing trends and best practices to support the team. Your core competencies Ongoing studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Initial knowledge or strong interest in email marketing and digital marketing tools. Basic understanding of HTML is an advantage. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools is a plus. Structured and detail-oriented working style. Analytical thinking and willingness to learn how to work with data. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
