What to do: ​​​​​​Design, develop and maintain Java components Implementing Java components using internal framework Implementing of new features for internal Java Framework Ensure the performance, scalability, and security Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in Java development Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code adheres to best practices End to end responsibility from design to DevOps on the assigned component. You check these boxes: Enrolled student at slovak university with student status and availability to wok 20h per week. Basic Java development skills, preferably with Spring Boot. Basic Python development skills. Basic prompt engineering skills and an interest in AI-assisted software development. Fundamental understanding of algorithms and data structures (e.g., BFS, DFS, queues, stacks, trees, and graphs). Basic knowledge of REST APIs and service integration concepts. Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development practices. Interest in programming language tooling, parsers, grammars, and code transformation. Familiarity with ANTLR4, lexers, parsers, or Abstract Syntax Trees (ASTs) is a plus. Fluent in English.
