Studio Program Manager (Tokyo)

Plan and manage acceleration and co-creation programs from kickoff to Demo Day. Source, screen, and support startups aligned with program themes and partner needs. Serve as a key point of contact for startups, corporate partners, mentors, investors, and other ecosystem stakeholders. Facilitate business matching and collaboration opportunities between startups and corporate partners. Plan and execute events, workshops, networking sessions, and other program-related activities. Manage program logistics, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, documentation, and progress reporting. Support program-related fund activities, including fundraising. Strong interest in startups, open innovation, venture building, and investment trends. Excellent project management, event planning, stakeholder communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Native-level Japanese business proficiency and strong English communication skills, both spoken and written. Preferred Qualifications Experience in startup investment, venture capital, corporate innovation, accelerator/incubator programs, or new business development. Experience working with Japanese corporates, startups, investors, mentors, or ecosystem partners.
