About the role Evaluates legal liability and aggressively pursues, negotiates, and resolves subrogation claims. Secures additional information/investigation from the referring office when needed. Communicates with insured, witnesses, attorneys, and underwriters to obtain/provide the necessary information. How does this role make an impact? - Communicates/negotiates with other carriers to recover the maximum recovery per claim file. Communicate with customers and financial representatives on an as needed basis. - Evaluates claim file content to decide/determine best course of action on recovery. - Coordinates activities with CCO, field adjusters, attorneys, experts to achieve best results. Do you have what we're looking for? Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of claims handling or customer service experience in the insurance industry. OR Master’s degree and no experience. OR At least 4 years of claims handling or customer service experience in the insurance industry. #LI-CORP #LI-Hybrid Base Pay Range: $55,200-$75,900 The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience. Incentive Pay: In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan. Why work with us?
