Job Summary : Must have a current LICDC license with extensive AOD SUD experience. The purpose of this position is to work with individuals that have mental health and SUD diagnosis. North Community Counseling Centers (NCCC) is seeking full-time SUD Counselor to provide Substance Use Disorder and Behavioral Health services to adults in Franklin County. SUD Counselors provide a variety of services including SUD and mental health treatment, assessment and diagnoses, crisis intervention and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and integrated care. Must have valid driver's license and current insurance. Responsibilities : Assess clients' needs by interviewing and reviewing personal history Develop and execute individual treatment plans Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs Maintain accurate client documentation Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree LICDC Licensure Complete Mental Health and AOD Assessments Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history Develop and execute individual treatment plans Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs Maintain accurate client documentation Agency Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Free CEU training Mileage reimbursement Flexible schedule Remote and in-office work environments Paid vacation and sick time (full-time) Guaranteed 9 paid holidays (full-time) Competitive reimbursement Monthly bonuses as earned Pay ranges for the clinician position are based on experience and level of licensure. Candidates may select a set salary or variable hourly wage. Salary clinician positions include benefits package.
