Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: October 30, 2026 Work set up: Hybrid (3 days per week in office) Clearance required: BPSS required and SC eligibility (application in progress acceptable) Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a SuccessFactors Senior Consultant – Performance to deliver complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations across global enterprise environments. This role offers the opportunity to lead functional teams, drive business process transformation, and deliver innovative SAP HR solutions for large-scale client programmes. What you will do: Implement robust, scalable, and future-ready SAP SuccessFactors Performance solutions. Lead functional delivery teams across onshore and offshore implementation models. Guide clients on SAP best practices, product innovations, and SuccessFactors roadmap developments. Deliver high-quality technology solutions throughout implementation lifecycles. Support business process transformation across global HR programmes. Contribute to RFP responses and pre-sales activities. Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations to prospective clients. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal delivery teams. Mentor consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the SAP practice. Strong expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules, with specialization in Performance. Experience leading large-scale global SuccessFactors implementations. Experience managing business process design and transformation initiatives. Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of emerging HR technologies and digital transformation. Familiarity with Qualtrics and SAP WorkZone. Experience supporting pre-sales activities and client solution demonstrations. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop delivery teams.
