Job Overview The Credentialing Supervisor manages the daily operations of credentialing department in accordance with TJC, NCQA, Health Plan, State/Federal laws and all other applicable regulatory standards, Responsible for establishing and overseeing the organization’s providers/ancillary (i.e. medical/dental/home health facilities, etc.) credentialing functions to ensure timely and efficient initial and re-credentialing. Minimum Requirements Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field of the Health Care Credentialing. Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS). Compensation $68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
