Job Description Apply now Job Title: Supervisor Dispatch Job Location (Short): Nashville, TN | Remote, US Workplace Type: Remote Employment Type: Salaried Discover a more connected career A successful Dispatch Supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring customer databases are updated and maintained according to customer requirements; overseeing the day-to-day supervision of assigned dispatchers, sub contractors, and field employees; ensuring work is dispatched according to company standards; communicating and maintaining a positive relationship with the customer(s). At a minimum, the position requires excellent communications skills, a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of office software with emphasis on Microsoft and Google; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data. What you’ll do Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project. Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project. Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project. Additional Duties as assigned. What you’ll need Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience. Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience. Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks. Authorized to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check. The wage range for Supervisor Dispatch is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 .
