Supervisor / Estimator - Insurance Building | Brisbane | Immediate Start

$110,000-$130,000 + super + vehicle + Bonus structure

We are recruiting multiple Supervisor / Estimator positions for a well-established insurance building business with an active and growing Queensland operation.

The best thing: These are fully Remote roles! NO OFFICE VISITS!

These are genuine, immediate vacancies. The business is looking to appoint three people across Brisbane, ideally covering the North, South and West corridors, including Caboolture, Logan and Ipswich.

You will manage insurance repair projects from initial site inspection and scope through to completion, working closely with clients, insurers, trades and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.

The role

• Conduct site inspections and assess residential insurance repair works
• Prepare scopes of works, estimates and repair programmes
• Coordinate trades, materials, scheduling and project delivery
• Manage multiple repair projects at various stages
• Maintain regular communication with clients, insurers and subcontractors
• Monitor quality, budget, safety and completion timeframes
• Resolve site issues quickly and professionally
  
  

About you

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Estimator, Project Manager or Building Supervisor within insurance repairs, residential construction or remedial building
• Strong knowledge of building methods, trade sequencing and repair scopes
• Confident preparing estimates and managing subcontractors
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Able to work autonomously while managing multiple live projects
• Relevant trade qualification, QBCC licence or building qualification highly regarded
• Current driver's licence
