What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Registry of Unmet Needs (RUN) Supervisor to join our team! The Registry of Unmet Needs (RUN) Supervisor will assist in management of the Registry of Unmet Needs (RUN) and oversee the RUN Coordinators. The RUN Supervisor will support the provision of Tailored Care Management to members on the RUN. This position will require attention to detail and collaboration with other units/departments within Trillium as well, as well as external partners outside of Trillium. On a typical day, you might: Manage the implementation of Tailored Care Management (TCM) for members on the RUN. Oversee staffing and supervision of team members including the following: participate in the hiring of staff, assist with orientation and training of staff, evaluate staff, provide disciplinary recommendations as required, and maintain staff productivity and efficient use of resources. Assist as needed with the development, evaluation and refinement of procedures and processes to meet the needs of the teams. Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures, URAC, NCQA, NC Medicaid and DMH/DD/SAS. Use data resources to evaluate performance, identify patterns or trends and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. Maintain a working knowledge of Managed Care as a whole. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must reside within Trillium’s Catchment area, which includes the following counties: Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, and Wilson.
