The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You will Do: Conduct structured outreach to a defined portfolio of suppliers to collect sourcing and material origin information Track requests, responses, and outstanding items in a shared system with clear ownership and next-action dates Follow up on non-responsive suppliers through a defined escalation process Review returned documentation for completeness and flag gaps or inconsistencies Prepare escalation summaries for client review Maintain accurate records supporting audit and compliance reporting What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ years in supplier management, procurement, buying, customer service, account management, or similar coordination-heavy work Comfortable with high-volume outreach by email and phone; persistent and professional with unresponsive contacts Strong organization and follow-through; able to manage 50+ open items simultaneously Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new tracking tools Manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial supply chain exposure preferred, not required Pay Range: $31.00- $33.65/hr. Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. Work Requirements: We offer flexible work options, including remote arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies.
