In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), including On-Time Delivery (OTD), to ensure supplier compliance with business expectations. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions and improvement plans. Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives and support continuous improvement activities across the supply chain. Develop and implement contingency plans for critical suppliers to minimize supply chain disruptions and business risks. Identify supply chain risks and work proactively with suppliers and internal teams to mitigate potential impacts. Lead and facilitate Supplier Performance Reviews, ensuring clear communication of expectations, results, and improvement actions. Coordinate supplier and part transition activities, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption to operations. Support the execution of Emerson Order Policy and Delivery Frequency requirements to optimize supply chain performance. Escalate and expedite critical supplier-related issues when additional support beyond Buyer or Planning functions is required. Analyze supplier performance data and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategic sourcing activities. Provide operational and analytical support to the Purchasing Department and supply chain organization. Collaborate with Global Supply Chain teams, Commodity Managers, and Purchasing organizations across multiple Emerson locations to drive supplier excellence. Who You Are: You are a proactive and analytical professional who excels at building strong relationships and driving supplier performance improvements. You are comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable solutions. Through effective communication and collaboration, you foster productive partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence and business continuity. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related function within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SAP, or similar systems. Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience in supplier performance management and supplier development programs. Knowledge of procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management processes. Familiarity with KPI reporting, supplier scorecards, and performance measurement methodologies. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP. Knowledge of risk management and supply chain continuity planning. Experience coordinating supplier transitions and supporting sourcing projects. Ability to work effectively within global and multicultural teams.
