Ltd.: 🚀 Free Food & Transportation 12 Days Paid Leave in a Year Training Abroad Medical examination Outing with Employees Medical Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance Complimentary Gift Free Uniform Your tasks: 📌 Manage Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) processes across local and international suppliers Perform supplier audits, qualification, and development (India & Asia region) Drive incoming material inspection (copper, insulation, components, tanks) Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IEC standards, and customer specifications Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA for supplier-related issues Monitor and improve supplier performance (KPIs, PPM, defect rates) Support supplier localization strategy in India (cost, quality, lead time optimization) Coordinate NDT inspections (UT, RT, VT, PT) for supplier components Work closely with procurement and engineering to ensure technical alignment with suppliers Support customer inspections and audits related to supplier quality Your profile: 🔎 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 5–7 years experience in Supplier Quality / Quality Engineering within transformer manufacturing or heavy electrical industry Strong experience in supplier audits, supplier development, incoming inspection and component validation Solid knowledge of quality methods such as 8D, RCA, CAPA, FMEA Good understanding of transformer components (insulation, copper, bushings, tanks) as well as welding and NDT inspection methods Certifications such as NDT Level II (UT, RT, VT, PT) and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor are an advantage Willingness to travel within India and Asia If you value a dynamic, growing, and intercultural environment and enjoy hands-on work, then become part of the SGB-SMIT Group - transform with us the future of energy . ⚡ We look forward to receiving your application! ⚡ Learn more about the SGB Transformers India Pvt.
