Supplier Revenue & Collections Manager

Date: Aug 29, 2026 Location: Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Supplier Revenue & Collections Manager (Hybrid/Remote) Full time, Costa Rica In this role, you will lead global cash collection efforts, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of supplier payments. As a Supplier Revenue & Collections Manager, you will Monitor outstanding receivables, escalate risks, and drive resolution to minimize aging balances Own and improve cash forecasting, providing clear visibility of performance vs. targets Track and report on KPIs (e.g., collection rates, aging, on-time payments) Partner with Accounting on reconciliation, accruals, and financial accuracy Collaborate with Supplier Management to resolve payment issues and improve outcomes Develop dashboards and reporting to support leadership decision-making Deliver regular performance reporting with insights on trends, risks, and opportunities Consolidate supplier KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring reporting accuracy and timely delivery to internal stakeholders Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement Build and manage dashboards to visualize key metrics, providing easy access to performance data for cross-functional teams About you Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Prior experience in finance, cash collections, or similar role, ideally within the travel industry Strong expertise in supplier reporting, cash forecasting, and cash collection Advanced proficiency in Excel Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working in a global function is a plus Skilled in building dashboards and reporting for the support leadership decision-making What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
