Detailed Job description

• Develop an in-depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, production, logistics, and inventory), and identify business pain points and optimization opportunities.

• Lead requirements research, analysis, PRD documentation, and solution design for supply chain-related systems, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical implementation.

• Coordinate business departments and IT development teams, track project progress, and participate in UAT testing and post-go-live business validation.

• Be responsible for supply chain data analysis; deliver operational reports and decision-support reports to drive data-driven business improvement.

• Continuously track industry best practices and promote standardization and digital upgrading of supply chain processes.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or system implementation in the supply chain domain.

• Strong expertise in core supply chain processes; familiarity with mainstream ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) or supply chain planning systems (such as Kinaxis or Blue Yonder).

• Excellent capabilities in requirements analysis, process modeling (BPMN), and PRD documentation.

• Strong cross-functional communication skills and project management awareness; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
