Opportunity Overview

Our client is a fast-growing, internationally operating distribution company known for seamless supply chain solutions and accurate, timely fulfilment across B2B and D2C markets. This role sits at the heart of a global supply chain operation, contributing to operational accuracy, freight coordination, and continuous improvement. You will keep shipments moving, records accurate, and costs under control.

Role Description

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage freight bookings, track shipments, and keep internal systems up to date across a busy fulfilment operation. You will coordinate with 3PL partners, resolve discrepancies, and monitor delayed or on-hold items. You will pull regular operational reports, audit 3PL invoices, and reconcile data with precision. Throughout, you will follow structured workflows and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Freight Coordination - Manage freight bookings via shared inbox, track shipments, and update internal systems.
• 3PL Management - Coordinate with 3PL partners, resolve discrepancies, and monitor delayed or on-hold items.
• Reporting and Data - Pull daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fulfilment performance and cost.
• Invoice Auditing - Complete monthly audits of 3PL invoices and basic data reconciliation.
• Accuracy and Compliance - Maintain detailed records, follow workflows, and contribute to process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

• English Fluency - Fluent, excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this role.
• Supply Chain Experience - 3-5 years in supply chain coordination, logistics, or operational roles.
• Reporting and Spreadsheets - Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills to reconcile and analyse operational data.
• Freight and 3PL Knowledge - Knowledge of freight, inventory, and 3PL processes in fulfilment operations.
• Attention to Detail - Exceptional accuracy in reporting and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Fast-Paced Delivery - Comfortable working within large company or startup operational environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• E-commerce Workflows - Familiarity with D2C, B2B, or e-commerce order workflows.
• Process Improvement - Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency in reporting or operational workflows.
