About the Role You will step into a role where your insights can directly improve how demand planning works across a global supply chain environment. This is not just about maintaining an existing process. You will help challenge, refine, and strengthen forecasting methods, reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities across the broader demand planning journey. You will work close to both business and systems, with the opportunity to influence how data is used, how planning decisions are made, and how modern tools support the process. A major focus in the environment is the continued digital development of planning, including work connected to a new APS implementation or a significant upgrade. Job Description You will develop and improve forecasting methods used in the global demand planning process. You will analyze demand data and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations for the business. You will strengthen reporting and analytics capabilities to support better planning decisions. You will contribute to the development of planning processes and help identify opportunities for improvement. You will work with planning systems and support the journey related to a new APS implementation or major upgrade. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and help connect business needs with data, systems, and planning capabilities. You will contribute to digitalization initiatives and support more data-driven ways of working within supply chain planning. Requirements You have strong analytical capability and a curious mindset. You have experience or education within Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field. You have a clear interest in systems, data, digitalization, and process improvement. You can translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. You communicate confidently and work effectively with multiple stakeholders. You are fluent in English. Nice to have Experience working with planning systems. Experience with ERP, APS, BI, reporting, or other analytical tools. An interest in AI and emerging technologies within supply chain planning.
