Director of Supply Chain

We're hiring a Director of Supply Chain for a fast-growing, mid 8 figure revenue, omni-channel DTC consumer brand.

Remote, US-based - $160-180k plus 10% bonus and great benefits.

This is not a spreadsheet-filling role. The supply chain function is underdeveloped relative to the company's growth, and they know it. You'll inherit real gaps and have real authority to close them. We need a builder and a change agent who can spot a broken process, design the fix, and drive it to completion with minimal direction.

What you'll own end-to-end:

• Factory purchase orders, supplier relationships, and inbound logistics (freight, customs, receiving)
• 3PL operations: SLAs, performance reviews, invoice auditing, and corrective action
• Demand-driven replenishment and inventory allocation across DTC, Amazon/Walmart, and wholesale
• Outbound shipping performance and cost, plus wholesale/EDI order execution

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management at a fast-moving consumer goods company
• Omni-channel (DTC + Marketplace + wholesale) experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ownership of factory and 3PL relationships, not just executing someone else's plan
• Experience building process from scratch in a lean, high-growth environment
• Strong Excel skills; Shopify, Power BI, and NetSuite familiarity a plus

This is not a Fortune 500 profile. We need someone who moves fast in a lean environment, not someone who needs a team of analysts and six months to act.
