Compensation: Gross annual salary starting at €52.000 , with the willingness to offer a higher salary depending on experience and qualifications. Your responsibilities As a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist, you will establish the procurement function behind an innovative ClimateTech product and create scalable supplier structures for international growth. Supplier Network: Build and develop an international supplier network for mechanical, electrical and electronic components. Strategic Sourcing: Identify, qualify and onboard suppliers that meet technical, commercial and quality requirements. Supplier Negotiations: Prepare and negotiate supplier contracts, pricing and commercial agreements. Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into procurement strategies. Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability, lead times and quality standards. Cost Optimisation: Identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining quality and supply security. Prototype & Scale Up: Support prototype builds and prepare procurement structures for serial production. Process Development: Design scalable procurement processes, supplier management standards and purchasing workflows. Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with logistics, operations and external manufacturing partners to ensure resilient supply chains. Your profil as Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Business or a comparable qualification. Equivalent professional experience is equally welcome. Several years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain management. Experience negotiating with suppliers and building long term supplier relationships. Technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills and a structured way of working. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English ; German is considered a plus. High level of ownership with a proactive, hands on mindset. Ideally, you also bring experience from manufacturing, industrial products, MedTech, hardware development or other technical environments.
