All about the role: The Electrolux Group’s Supply Chain teams are responsible for moving our products and services from the factory floors to family homes, organizing the flow of materials and information between manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and consumers. Through their agile, dynamic and efficacy-centered approach, our Supply Chain teams allow Electrolux to continue delivering extraordinary experiences for consumers all around the world. What you’ll do: The OEM NPI Consultant will be responsible for all the logistics deliverables across Latin America’s product launches (new product introduction), including project management, purchase orders follow up, monitoring commercial launches, following up with suppliers, maintaining planning master data, and supporting Supply Chain KPIs and operation reports for imported products. This role will ensure the sustainable introduction of new products to our portfolio, daily planning activities, inventory (write-off and coverages) monitoring, and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders. In detail, you will: - Comply with the official project schedule and scope to fully attend its commercial launch; - Manage and follow-up purchase orders for OEM products; - Follow up with suppliers on order status, production schedules, and shipment plans; - Monitor inventory levels, phase-in / phase-out curves and obsolescence costs; - Update planning parameters and maintain data accuracy in ERP systems; - Prepare and update Supply Chain KPIs and operational reports; - Support demand and supply planning tactical activities, as well as transportation (overseas/air); - Identify supply risks and escalate issues when necessary; - Maintain regular communication with key commercial/markets stakeholders and internal teams; - Proactively communicate risks and enable decision making to protect commercial launches. Who you are: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields; - Experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Import Operations; - Advanced Excel skills; - Project and portfolio management knowledge is required; - SAP knowledge is desirable; - English advanced and Spanish Intermediate. Where you’ll be: You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba.
