Supply & Demand Planning Manager

Hydroh is seeking an experienced Supply & Demand Planning Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end planning processes. This full-time remote role is responsible for ensuring the right inventory is available at the right time while balancing customer service, inventory investment, and cash flow objectives.

The successful candidate will develop SKU-level demand forecasts, translate forecasts into purchasing and production plans, optimize inventory levels, and lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to align business priorities and support Hydroh's continued growth.

• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Proven experience building accurate demand forecasts and managing inventory across multiple products and sales channels.
• Strong understanding of inventory optimization, purchasing, replenishment planning, production scheduling, and supply planning.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience leading or participating in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP or planning systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar is highly preferred.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and operational KPIs.
• Demonstrated success driving business process improvements and implementing planning best practices.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), nutritional supplements, health & wellness, FMCG, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or subscription-based businesses is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. APICS/CPIM or similar supply chain certifications are a plus.
