Support Engineer - Bangalore (m/f/d)

About the Role As a Support Engineer at Flix, you'll be the first point of contact for IT infrastructure requests, helping employees across the globe stay productive through reliable service desk and on-site support. You'll be part of a globally distributed IT Infrastructure Support Team that owns and manages critical services — including the employee device lifecycle (Microsoft Intune/Autopilot), our Atlassian cloud environment, and technical event support. What you'll do Resolve employee IT requests efficiently via our ticketing system, providing a smooth and friendly support experience Manage the device lifecycle end-to-end — hardware procurement, provisioning, setup, asset tracking, and troubleshooting Support collaboration tools including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive Help employees get the most out of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and JSM Create and maintain knowledge-base articles and IT documentation to support self-service and team efficiency Build hands-on experience with device management platforms and IT infrastructure tooling Collaborate with colleagues across global offices, contributing to team ceremonies and cross-functional projects What you bring A degree, certification, or vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems) 2–4 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or technical customer support Solid working knowledge of Office 365 and standard workplace collaboration tools Comfort communicating clearly and patiently with non-technical users Curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn new technologies and workflows Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud technologies (Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot) Experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM) Experience supporting employees across multiple time zones or global offices (nice to have) We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
