ServiceNow HRSD Support Specialist

Location: Santa Clara, CA – (Remote).

Experience: 8–10+ years overall; 4+ years ServiceNow HRSD

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant/SME with strong hands-on experience in HR service delivery, HR process transformation, and ServiceNow HRSD implementation/configuration.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementation and configuration
• Expertise in HR Case Management — COEs, COE Security Policies, HR Criteria, HR Services, Assignment & Matching Rules
• Knowledge Management and Employee Service Center
• HR Lifecycle Events
• Virtual Agent, Live Chat & Advanced Work Assignment (AWA)
• HR Agent Workspace
• ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboards
• ATF (Automated Test Framework)
• Experience with Upgrade, Clone & Deployment
• Understanding of ServiceNow backend/frontend development
• UI and data translations / multilingual HRSD
• Experience with Document Management, Universal Request and Employee Journey Management
• Strong HR process knowledge across onboarding, offboarding, leave, employee relations and HR case management
• Experience gathering requirements, leading client workshops, creating user stories/functional specifications, and supporting UAT
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred:

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, ITSM and HRSD Implementation Specialist certifications
• Experience integrating HRSD with Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM or Payroll systems
• Consulting / HR transformation experience
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Knowledge of HR data privacy and compliance (HIPAA/GDPR)
