Support Specialist with German (f/m/x)

We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and development of electronic document management systems. You will be responsible for supporting users of the ELO Digital Office platform and similar solutions, ensuring high availability and stability of the environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work flexibly while contributing to impactful projects.

Your tasks

• Maintaining and administering the document management system, specifically ELO or similar platforms (OpenText, Alfresco, DocuWare, M-Files)
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with document management systems, preferably ELO
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in problem-solving
• Advanced level of English and Polish
• Intermediate level of German
