We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Survey Associate to handle end-to-end survey execution and client coordination.

Job Overview

As a Survey Associate, you will manage complete survey lifecycles — from understanding RFQs and preparing feasibility to launching surveys on sample marketplaces & offline vendors and ensuring smooth fieldwork delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who understands research operations and wants to grow into client-facing project management.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Handling

• Review survey requirements via email / RFQs
• Understand specifications: market, LOI, IR, incidence, sample size, methodology
• Prepare cost bids and feasibility responses
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and panel partners

Survey Setup & Launch

• Launch surveys on platforms like Cint, PureSpectrum, Lucid, etc.
• Set up profiling, targeting, quotas, geo, device filters, screener logic
• Ensure quotas match client specifications
• Monitor live surveys and optimize delivery

Fieldwork Management

• Track completes, IR, drop-offs, CPI, and quality metrics
• Rebalance quotas and adjust targeting when needed
• Maintain timelines and quality standards
• Close projects and share final updates

Quality & Reporting

• Monitor speeders, straight-liners, and low IR issues
• Ensure profiling accuracy
• Share regular fieldwork reports with clients
• Support project wrap-up and handover to data teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Market Research Operations
• Strong understanding of: Profiling, Quotas, IR, LOI, CPI, Feasibility
• Hands-on experience with Cint, PureSpectrum, Lucid or similar platforms
• Experience managing B2B & B2C surveys
• Ability to interpret complex client specs
• Strong written communication & coordination skills
• High attention to detail & analytical mindset

Good to Have

• Experience in IDI / FGD recruitment
• Exposure to US, EU, APAC, MEA markets
• Night shift experience for global clients
• Vendor management experience
