Growth Marketing Manager - Subscription
- Schedule: Full-time - 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time
- Location: Remote - Latin America
Role Overview
We are building the career infrastructure for the next generation of QA professionals. Our mission is to help experienced QA engineers stay relevant in the AI era and move into new opportunities through practical, career-focused education.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the growth of our subscription product end to end. This is a lower-ticket, recurring-revenue product designed for technical professionals who want to stay relevant, develop practical AI skills, and become more competitive in the job market.
This is a highly focused role. You will be the primary marketing owner for this product, responsible for driving subscriber growth, recurring revenue, and the economics behind it. You will work closely with instructors and the product team to understand the product deeply, shape its positioning, and continuously improve how we acquire, convert, and retain subscribers.
Paid media is the core growth engine. We have contractors who handle the technical execution inside ad platforms, so your role is to own the strategy, creative direction, offers, testing roadmap, budget allocation, and performance. You should be comfortable getting hands-on in the platforms when needed, but your primary responsibility is to drive the strategy and the results.
Because we operate as a lean, AI-driven team, you will also be expected to use AI not simply for content generation, but to build workflows, automations, and AI-powered systems that make marketing more efficient and scalable.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong traditional growth marketing fundamentals with a modern, highly adaptable approach to AI.

- The full self-serve funnel, from ad click through landing page, signup, trial, checkout, and first payment.
- Conversion rate optimization, identifying friction and messaging gaps across landing pages, pricing, checkout, and the overall customer journey.
- Trial-to-paid conversion and onboarding, developing the campaigns and experiences that turn signups into paying subscribers.
- Retention and lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, engagement, winback, reactivation, and campaigns designed to increase long-term subscriber value.
- HubSpot marketing automation, including building automated workflows, email campaigns, segmentation, and follow-up sequences.
- Product marketing, working closely with instructors and the product team to understand the product, identify customer pain points, refine messaging, and communicate the value of an ongoing subscription.
- Content and organic marketing, including newsletters, LinkedIn campaigns, and other channels that support subscriber growth.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience marketing a subscription, SaaS, membership, or other recurring-revenue product. You understand the difference between selling a one-time product and growing a recurring business, including retention, rebilling, LTV, and churn.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and ideally Google/YouTube Ads, with direct ownership of strategy, spend, testing, and performance.
- Experience managing or briefing agencies, freelancers, or contractors responsible for campaign execution.

- Advanced proficiency with AI tools and workflows. You should be comfortable using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to build automations, workflows, agents, research systems, and repeatable marketing processes—not just generate text.

- Strong written English and the ability to communicate clearly with a technical audience.
- Highly autonomous and adaptable, with the ability to operate as the primary marketing owner for a product in a lean environment.
