SVP, Finance and Strategic Development - Moneypass Group
Position Purpose:
The Senior Vice President, Finance & Strategic Development serves as a key member of the MoneyPass Group executive leadership team and is responsible for leading the Company's financial planning, strategic growth, and corporate development initiatives. This executive will provide enterprise-wide leadership across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Sales Finance, Pricing & Profitability Management, and Strategic Planning.
The SVP, Finance & Strategic Development will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, and business leaders to drive profitable growth, evaluate strategic opportunities, optimize capital allocation, and support enterprise value creation. The role requires a highly analytical and commercially minded leader with a demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully execute transformational growth initiatives.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead the Company's annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan, and rolling forecast processes.
Develop enterprise financial models and performance measurement frameworks.
Provide executive leadership with actionable insights regarding revenue growth, expense management, profitability, cash flow, and return on investment.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and executive dashboards to monitor business performance.
Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.
Corporate Development & Mergers & Acquisitions
Develop and execute the Company's corporate development strategy.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition, partnership, investment, and divestiture opportunities.
Lead financial due diligence, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring.
Coordinate external advisors, investment bankers, legal counsel, and diligence teams.
Support post-acquisition integration planning and synergy realization.
Sales Finance & Commercial Performance
Serve as the primary finance partner to sales and revenue-generating teams.
Develop sales performance metrics, commission economics, and revenue forecasting methodologies.
Evaluate customer, product, channel, and market profitability.
Support commercial negotiations through financial analysis and pricing guidance.
Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility across the sales organization.
Pricing & Profitability Management
Design and maintain enterprise pricing frameworks and governance processes.
Lead pricing strategy initiatives that balance revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
Analyze customer economics, product margins, and pricing elasticity.
Develop profitability improvement initiatives and business case analyses.
Partner with product, sales, operations, and finance leaders to optimize pricing structures.
Strategic Planning
Facilitate enterprise strategic planning and annual strategy refresh processes.
Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities.
Support development of new products, market expansion strategies, and strategic partnerships.
Lead development of executive presentations, board materials, and investor communications.
Drive alignment between strategic objectives and financial performance goals.
Leadership & Organizational Development
Build and develop a high-performing finance and strategy organization.
Establish a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Mentor future finance and business leaders across the organization.
Promote cross-functional decision making based on data-driven insights and financial discipline.
Required Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
Experience
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, strategy, corporate development, or investment banking.
Significant executive leadership experience managing FP&A, strategic finance, and business planning functions.
Demonstrated experience leading M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and complex financial analyses.
Experience supporting executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.
Proven track record driving profitable growth and enterprise value creation.
Knowledge & Skills
Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
Deep understanding of pricing, profitability analysis, and revenue growth strategies.
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.

Travel

This role will perform services for The MoneyPass Group, a company that is jointly owned by Fiserv and Bridgeport Partners. Your employment initially will be with Fiserv , and Fiserv will lease your services to The MoneyPass Group through December 31, 2026. As of January 1, 2027, employment with Fiserv will end and employment will transfer to The MoneyPass Group.
