Role Overview 🚀 As our Swedish Content Writer, you’ll create high-impact content that helps shape our brand, inspire our audience, and bring our voice to life in the Swedish market. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you’ll write primarily in Swedish across a wide range of formats, from sharp ad copy and social content to long-form thought leadership reports and case studies. You’ll translate complex B2B SaaS and employee benefits topics into clear, engaging stories that resonate with HR leaders, benefits managers, and business decision-makers. This is a writing-first role with significant commercial impact and the opportunity to play a key role in Benifex’s continued growth in Sweden. This role follows our hybrid working policy, with three days per week based at our office near Hötorget in central Stockholm. We believe that spending time together in the office helps us collaborate, share ideas, and build strong connections as a team. Responsibilities 🤘 Write content that engages our Swedish audience. Translate complex products, services, and industry topics into clear, easy-to-understand messages. Create both long-form and short-form content, including blogs, reports, guides, white papers, landing pages, ads, and social media content. Develop conversion-focused copy for digital campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and the Benifex website. Turn research, customer insights, and market data into relevant and credible content that engages our audience. Make our customers shine through award entries, customer case studies, and stories. Collaborate with product, sales, leadership, and marketing teams to produce thought leadership and industry-focused content. Work closely with the creative team to manage briefs, feedback cycles, and content production through Asana. Support SEO and campaign objectives with content tailored to target audiences and different stages of the buyer journey. Help define and evolve Benifex’s Swedish tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all touch points. What are we looking for? 🔎 Strong English communication skills, as you'll work in an international environment where English is the primary business language. Experience creating content and communications in a commercial environment, whether in-house, agency-side, freelance, or similar. Significant experience creating content for B2B audiences, ideally within SaaS, software, technology, or other complex solution-based businesses. A strong portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form content. Proven experience producing reports, blog posts, thought leadership articles, landing pages, email campaigns, and ad copy. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to take on feedback, explain recommendations, and challenge constructively when needed. An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into compelling narratives. Curiosity, excellent listening skills, and a collaborative approach to working with a wide range of internal stakeholders. Bonus points for: Experience creating content within HR, employee benefits, employee experience, or HR technology. Experience developing and maintaining a brand Tone of Voice. Experience with creative concept development and bringing ideas from concept to execution.
