Swedish & Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative | Amsterdam, Netherlands

Are you looking to build an international career in the travel industry? We are looking for Swedish and Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s international team in Amsterdam.

In this role, you will support travel agencies with booking-related inquiries, helping them with everything from flights and luggage to upgrades and loyalty programs. You’ll receive extensive paid training, work in a hybrid setup, and have excellent opportunities to develop your career within an international environment.

What will you do?

• Assist travel agencies via phone with questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries
• Handle special requests and more complex cases with a solution-oriented approach
• Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions
• Deliver a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Continuously develop your product knowledge through training and cross-skilling

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian, as well as English, both written and spoken
• Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent working and thinking level
• Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning and working with complex computer systems
• Service-minded, proactive, and flexible
• A team player who enjoys working in an international environment
