System Administrator

The Role

• Act as an IT System Administrator for assigned online healthcare services, collaborating closely with product management and development.

• Take full responsibility for the operation of services, including managing components, data center services, and monitoring the system landscape.

• Proactively ensure SLA-compliant operations and independently initiate necessary measures.

• Identify automation potential and independently develop automation solutions.

• Provide 3rd level support for your services to external and internal customers as a communicative team player.

What You'll Need

• Completed IT education (e.g., IT System Electronics Technician, Specialist in System Integration, IT System Administrator, Network Administrator) or equivalent qualification.

• Several years of professional experience in the relevant field.

• Practical experience with operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies is advantageous.

• Reliable and conscientious work with a systematic and customer-oriented approach.

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
