About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to take ownership of our internal tooling landscape and IT operations. This critical role involves managing and optimizing our digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless access, security, and operational efficiency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering our Microsoft 365 tenant, overseeing tool configurations, and establishing scalable governance standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal tool management, vendor relationships, and automation initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical teams to enhance workflows, enforce security policies, and drive operational excellence, supporting the company's mission to deliver exceptional telemedicine services.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 at the tenant level, including user lifecycle management, groups, roles, licensing, security settings, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of access control principles such as authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), and identity management.
- Experience managing Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), including workflow design, configuration, and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to establish scalable governance standards across multiple tools and improve operational processes independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with automation, scripting, or integration development is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 & Identity Management
- Serve as the tenant-level administrator for Microsoft 365, owning configuration, security policies, and feature management.
- Manage the full user lifecycle, including provisioning, role assignment, license management, and offboarding processes.
- Design, implement, and enforce access control policies, including group structures, permissions, and role-based access controls.
- Tool Ownership
- Oversee administration, configuration, and ongoing improvement of all internal tools, including Slack, Jira, Confluence, and others.
- Support teams in configuring workflows and collaboration structures that align with operational needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee license renewals, and optimize costs associated with tool subscriptions.
- Automation & Operations
- Develop and maintain secure integrations between internal tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Automate repetitive operational processes such as onboarding, offboarding, license provisioning, and access requests.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
- Provide reliable support, monitor critical tools, and lead incident response efforts during outages, access issues, or integration failures.

Salary: 65.000 - 75.000 € per year
