About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Build, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s network and infrastructure environment. Manage and support a wide range of infrastructure components, including servers, workstations, storage systems, load balancers, network switches, and credential management solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, networking, and operating systems, with a primary focus on Linux environments. Provide technical support to end users and assist with issues related to internal systems and services. Perform user account administration and asset management activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations. What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications: Hands-on experience working with Linux operating systems. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including the TCP/IP protocol stack and the ISO/OSI model. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Good communication skills and fluency in English. Bonus Skills: A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong Windows operating system user and administration skills. Experience with Cisco or Juniper networking technologies and operating systems. Exposure to enterprise infrastructure environments and network administration.
