We are currently looking for System Engineers who are passionate about building their careers in Japan and working on large-scale projects for leading Japanese companies.

Responsibilities

Participate in enterprise system development projects for Japanese clients.

Work throughout the software development lifecycle:

• Requirements Definition
• Basic Design
• Detailed Design
• Development
• Testing
• Maintenance & Operations

Collaborate with Japanese clients and project teams.

Create technical documentation and project deliverables.

Support system modernization, migration, cloud implementation, and infrastructure

projects.

1. LPT N2 or above.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, system engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
3. Experience working in Japanese development environments.
4. Understanding of Waterfall development methodology.
5. Ability to communicate professionally in Japanese.

Experience in one or more of the following technologies:

• Java / Spring Boot
• C# /.NET
• Python
• PHP
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• AWS
• Linux
• Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL
• SAP
• Salesforce
• Intra-mart
• Infrastructure / Cloud Engineering
