Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at www.kanadevia-inova.com. Manage the procurement process from RFQ to delivery, acting as the primary commercial representative for all stakeholders. Lead RFQ process: analyze supplier offers, negotiate terms, and present optimal contracting options with a total cost of ownership approach. Identify and mitigate risks, including supply chain disruptions and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with teams (Logistics, Supplier Quality, Procurement, Engineering) to ensure contract deliverables and timelines are met. Support organizational goals by managing supplier relationships, assisting with execution data, developing cost models, and aiding various business units. 3-5 years of direct procurement experience, preferably in an EPC environment Knowledge of Change Order processes and Claims Management for supplier contracts Strong negotiation, communication, presentation skills and analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate supplier offers Commitment to improving procurement processes Proficiency in English (B2 minimum); additional languages are a plus Employment contract for an indefinite period + 13th Salary Annual Bonus Flexible working time (core time 9-3:00) Home Office, possible 2 days a week Extra days of leave Sick Days Recreation allowance Referral Program Travel allowance The third pillar of the pension scheme Support for professional and career growth, education and training *Eligibility for benefits is subject to internal rules Compensation Basic wage component (gross): 2300 EUR/month This amount is our minimum offered salary.
