An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced SAP Concur System Administrator to take ownership of a critical enterprise platform. As the technical expert for SAP Concur Expense, you'll be responsible for the ongoing administration, configuration and optimisation of the system, ensuring it remains stable, compliant and aligned to business needs.

About the role:

• Take ownership of the day-to-day administration of the SAP Concur platform.
• Manage system configuration, expense policies, workflows and approval processes.
• Support UAT, testing and cutover activities for platform enhancements and policy changes.
• Administer expense types, audit rules, cost allocations and approval hierarchies.
• Manage integrations between SAP Concur and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Monitor interfaces, system performance and data integrity while resolving integration issues.
• Plan and coordinate Concur release updates and regression testing.
• Manage user access, security roles and permissions.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex platform issues.
• Produce technical documentation, runbooks and system procedures.
• Support audit and compliance requirements across the expense platform.
  
  

About you:

• Experience administering SAP Concur.
• Experience supporting at least one full Concur implementation or major platform enhancement.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Concur Expense configuration, audit rules, workflows and policy groups.
• Experience supporting Concur integrations, including SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience managing release cycles, testing and change management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and work autonomously.
