Job Summary This position is responsible for designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements; serving as technical designer to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment; linking business analyst needs and architect definition to technical solutions. Required Job Qualifications  Bachelor Degree and 2 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience. * Knowledge of application configuration * Business or systems analyst experience and Salesforce Administration or Development experience. * Expertise in understanding Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud and other Salesforce product areas (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud desirable). * Strong understanding of solutions on Salesforce platform, including Vlocity, OmniScripts DataRaptors, Flexcards, Integration procedures, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, LWC, Salesforce workflows/Flows. * Data analysis experience involving querying and uploading data using SOQL or SQL, Excel, Workbench, DataLoader, Demand Tools, or similar. * Familiar with Copado and other migration tools to support releases. * Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features. * Experience delivering software in an Agile environment. * Excellent written and oral communication skills to understand objectives, use cases, and requirements. * Strong analytical skills, enabling you to research, document, and review existing systems. * Ability to build consensus among business stakeholders on process and technology topics. * Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST * SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development * System Performance management * Conceptual thinking * Creative thinking * Problem solving and analytical thinking * Strong oral/written communication skills Preferred Job Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related • Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies including AWS , Java and webservices, and Front End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, JSON, Ajax, Angular.js) is a plus. * Ability to execute Sponsorship is not available for this role. #LI-NV1 #LI-Remote Are you being referred to one of our roles? The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
