I'm working with a leading international law firm looking for a Technical Manager – People Technology to join its Applications & Development team.

This is not a traditional HRIS role.

They're looking for someone who can get hands-on with the technology — owning integrations, developing solutions and working across VI by Aderant, Workday, .NET, Boomi, Intapp and SQL Server.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and develop the firm's VI by Aderant environment, including viRecruit and viDesktop
• Lead Workday integrations and enterprise data flows
• Build and maintain applications and APIs using .NET / C#
• Develop integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integration Builder and similar platforms
• Work extensively with SQL Server, stored procedures and data workflows
• Troubleshoot complex integration and data issues
• Partner directly with the People/HR team to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Help shape the architecture and roadmap of the firm's People Technology ecosystem

The three biggest priorities are:

1️⃣ VI by Aderant experience

2️⃣ Workday integrations

3️⃣ Strong .NET development

Experience with Boomi, Intapp, APIs, SQL Server and Azure/Logic Apps is also highly relevant.

Law firm or professional services experience would be a major plus.

This is a hands-on, high-impact technical role reporting directly to the Director of Applications & Development.

The hiring manager is looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems and working collaboratively with the wider team.
