Job Summary: Join the Asset Management team supporting the Scorpius Accelerator project at Los Alamos National Laboratory. This role focuses on developing and maintaining engineering asset management programs that ensure complex systems perform according to design throughout their lifecycle. You will partner with engineering, operations, maintenance, reliability, and supply chain teams to improve system readiness, reduce risk, and support successful project turnover. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain asset management programs for complex engineered systems. Support configuration management and technical baseline activities. Partner with operations, maintenance, reliability, and supply chain teams. Identify lifecycle risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Support system turnover and operational readiness. Review engineering changes and ensure documentation accuracy. Analyze equipment performance trends and improvement opportunities. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. 5 to 10 years of relevant engineering or industrial experience. Experience in manufacturing, processing plants, utilities, industrial facilities, metallurgy, or similar environments. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies. Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills. United States citizenship is required for this role. All new hires must pass a federal background check and federal drug test. An ability to work hybrid onsite in Mercury, NV on the National Nuclear Test Site. Preferred Experience: DOE, NNSA, LANL, LLNL, or NNSS experience preferred. Active DOE clearance preferred but not required. Travel : Occasional travel is expected to support project meetings and coordination with partner sites. Compensation & Benefits: The expected base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $155,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
