Monitor, maintain, and optimise enterprise platforms and systems. Contribute to system design, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and risk management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. Mentor technical teams and promote modern systems engineering practices. Collaborate with architects, cloud engineers, DevOps teams, security specialists, and project stakeholders. Strong systems engineering background with hands-on infrastructure experience. Expertise in Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Group Policy, and messaging services. Knowledge of networking services such as DNS and DHCP. Experience contributing to system architecture and technical strategy.
