About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Systems Integrator to support our operations and workflow development.

In this role, you will work closely with company leadership to turn business requirements, workflows, and operational processes into organized systems that support efficient day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has experience designing workflows, documenting processes, improving operational systems, and helping teams work more efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Document internal processes and create clear, repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Build and improve workflows for client onboarding and service delivery.
• Design and manage ClickUp workspaces, including templates, automations, dashboards, custom fields, and task dependencies.
• Develop operational systems that support team collaboration and efficiency.
• Define team responsibilities, workflows, and handoff processes.
• Create quality assurance checkpoints and reporting systems for consistent service delivery.
• Develop operational frameworks for SEO, AI Search Visibility, and other service offerings.
• Work closely with company leadership to improve business processes and systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building systems and operational workflows for service-based businesses.
• Experience creating SOPs, documentation, and process improvements.
• Advanced knowledge of ClickUp, including automations, templates, dashboards, custom fields, and workflow design.
• Strong process mapping and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with digital marketing agencies.
• Familiarity with EOS (Visionary/Integrator) principles.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Knowledge of SEO, AI Search Visibility, Google Search Console, or Semrush.
