What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the candidate lifecycle: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing fantastic candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter. It’s a startup, so you will be building our hiring practices!
• Partner with the business: Work closely with the leaders of the business. Coordinate interviews and other processes for candidates and hiring managers.
• Deliver a great experience: Think way outside the box to create experiences that wow and amaze our candidates.
• Pitch the 7th Floor Ventures opportunity: Sell the amazing opportunity we have here and the 7th Floor Ventures story to prospective candidates by phone, email, video, in-person meetings. Build our employer brand.
• Propose improvements: Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of 7th Floor Ventures overall sourcing and recruitment strategy.
• Close the deal: Ensure that top candidates are eager to join 7th Floor Ventures.
