We’re now expanding our Freelance Recruiter Network and looking for independent recruiters to help us find the next wave of LATAM tech talent.

Who you are

• An independent recruiter, career coach, community leader, or tech influencer
• Based in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Chile, Costa Rica, and Peru
• Familiar with the software engineering market (bonus if you already recruit developers!)
• Organized and proactive with excellent communication skills

What you’ll do

• Promote open positions from Strider to your network
• Guide candidates to complete their profiles and apply to roles through our platform
