We are looking for a Talent Acquisition 360 Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business and identify new market opportunities.

- Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients.

- Act as a strategic partner and advise clients on talent-related decisions.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to closing.

- Identify and attract high-level talent through direct headhunting, networking, and market mapping.

- Manage commercial pipelines and active recruitment processes simultaneously.

This position has the following requirements:

We are searching for candidates with a proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment, who possess excellent consultative skills and a strategic mindset to drive business success.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Business, or a related field.

- More than 5 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, combining business development and end-to-end recruitment.

- Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
